Booking Policy

At StayForContractors.com, we aim to make the booking process smooth, transparent, and reliable for all guests. By making a reservation through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email, you agree to the terms outlined in this Booking Policy.


1. How to Book

Guests can make a booking through any of the following methods:

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.


2. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once we provide written confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

  • Depending on the property, we may request photo ID and company name at the time of confirmation.

  • In certain cases, a booking deposit may be required to hold your reservation. This will be clearly communicated.


3. Minimum Stay

  • Some properties may require a minimum stay (e.g., 2 nights, 1 week, or longer), especially during busy periods.

  • Long-term bookings are available for stays of 1 month or more and may be eligible for discounted rates.


4. Check-In & Check-Out Times

  • Check-in: From 17:00 (5:00 PM)

  • Check-out: By 11:00 (11:00 AM)

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability and may incur an additional charge.


5. Identification Requirements

  • All guests must provide valid government-issued ID before or at check-in.

  • In some cases, we may require proof of employment for contractor or worker accommodations.


6. Payment Terms

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Online Payment Links, Company Invoicing (for approved partners).

  • Full payment is typically required before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For long-term stays, monthly invoicing can be arranged for trusted partners or returning guests.


7. Group Bookings

  • We welcome group bookings for teams of contractors or companies.

  • Please contact us for tailored arrangements, group discounts, or multiple property reservations.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Guests may cancel a booking up to 72 hours before check-in for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in time (17:00) are non-refundable.

9. Changes to Your Booking

  • You may request changes to dates or guest information by contacting us directly.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may require a rate adjustment or additional approval.


10. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the property by midnight on your scheduled check-in date and have not informed us, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and the full booking fee may be charged.
