Cancellation Policy
At StayForContractors.com, we understand that plans can change. However, to manage our serviced properties efficiently and ensure fair access for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time (17:00) on the day of arrival to be eligible for a full refund (as per our Refund Policy).
If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before check-in, no refund will be issued.
How to Cancel a Booking

A cancellation is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by a member of our team via written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Bookings canceled within 72 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to arrive (no-show) without prior cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
Early Departures
Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be refunded for unused nights.
Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not offer refunds for late cancellations, early checkouts, or changes of mind, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:
Government-imposed travel restrictions
Verified medical emergencies
Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
Such cases will be reviewed individually and are subject to management discretion.
